I had zero coding experience before entering college, but fell in love with programming because it helped me mesh two things I had been trying to reconcile since childhood: my creativity and my love of logic. If only I had had Vidcode as a teen and didn’t mistakenly assume that coding wasn’t for me! I don’t have a favorite language or part of the stack, I just love the breadth and power of the tools that computer science and coding give me and I’m so glad I get to help introduce a new generation of young people to those tools.
